In addition to filling a room temp insulin bottle with air you may want
to tap the syringe with a pen to get the bubbles to the top of the
syringe. Push the bubbles through the needle.   Turn the syringe upside
down and tap it a few times and usually a few more bubbles appear.  Turn
the syringe right side up and tap again.  The bubbles should rise to the
top of syringe and can be pushed through the needle.  When you see no
more bubbles in the upside down mode you are bubble free.
