The "J Walsh Bible" is actually "Pumping Insulin, Fourth Edition" by
John Walsh and Ruth Roberts, pub 2006 by Torrey Pines Press. It can be
ordered from Amazon, and if you get to Amazon by clicking on Amazon on
the main page of Insulin-Pumpers.com, IP will get some kind of bonus
from Amazon. John Walsh is a physician's assistant, and long time
pumper, who practices in the San Diego area. Ruth Roberts is John's
wife.
