 I'm responding about the Minimed sportsguard. I've used it with the Paradigm
522
for snorkeliing and kayaking and it's been fine. The only caution is that you 
 need to be sure that the tubing is snugly pulled all the way to the back of the
slit in the rubber top of the box, or else water can leak into the box. 
Otherwise it works like a charm. Pam
