Well, Byetta stimulates the pancreas to make more insulin, so it isn't 
indicated for type 1. And Avandia is the insulin sensitizer that's been in 
the news lately for possibly increasing the number of heart attacks in those 
who take it. It came close to being removed from the market.

You sure you don't need an endo? :-)
