My endo said for before meal testing it is ok to do arms/palms, especially
if your fingers need a break.  However she said to only do fingers for 2
hour after meal tests and if anything is wrong like lows, sickness, etc.   I
did a little experiment and found doing AST and then right after doing
fingers (on the same machine) it was about 10-30 off (I did it a few times).
Did another experiment with big toes... 50-100 off.  So I won't be using my
toes, even though they give up a LOT of blood.  What a shame.
