I did buy a MMED without ever touching one.  I did get info package with
interactive CD so I could go thru the features and actually get a "feel" for
the pump.  When you live so far out in the country, you kind of get used to
no one coming to you!  I have been very happy with my choice but I am now on
my 4th pump because I keep having the pumps quit on me.  I always, always
make sure I have backup with me when I am more than an hour from home.
