yes. it is the fat that slows down your digestion. Also, you have dairy
products along with meat and  bread.  It is very hard on your body to try to
absorb all of that at one time.  I usually double dose and use the square
wave bolus(set for about 5 hrs)  on my MMED when I have pizza (which is not
too often!) Sharon
