RE: [IP] humalog duration

I believe that Humalog peaks at around 1.5 hours on average, but the issue
that you're addressing is: how much insulin is still onboard when you
calculate your next dosage. I use 3.5 hours as the time it takes for Humalog
to be cleared from my system. This works well for me using either MDI or my
Cozmo. I settled on 3.5 hours by experimentation.

Of course, YMMV.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [IP] humalog duration

Hi all.

I've seen a post on this list that humalog takes 1.5 hours to peek and be
out of your system. Is this true for most on the list who uses humalog? How
long have you found that it takes humalog to be done and out of your body?

Thanks

Justin
