Annie, I have the Doctor's Pocket Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter by
Allan Borushek which is great for travelling because of it's small
size. It's packed with lots of food items and I checked blueberries in it
and it said 10 g of carb for 1/2 cup. I highly recommend this book.
