I too get told I do not eat enough.
Instead of a small bowl of salad, eat the serving  salad bowl size.
eat for the daily nutritional allotment.  Instead of just 3oz protein, eat 6 oz
or more.  (No kidney problem.)  Get told that you can loose wt on 1500 calories
a day. It helps you have more strength to exercise with! Linda
