Just some thing to think about, not that I'm tell you that you are wrong or
that you shouldn't loss any more weight, but I joined Weight Watchers about
11/2 years ago I weight in at 194.6lbs that first week.  I met my lifetime
goal about 1 year ago, at 158lbs.  I am currently 140lbs.  I was told that I
needed to slow down because the lowest weight that WW will allow someone 5'
7" tall to weigh is 131lbs.  I trust the research that WW has done that
maybe they do know something.  I have had many cases of anonerixa in my
family and know the problems that this can cause.

Please don't get me wrong, I have been trying to get down to 135lbs for the
past 9 months, but I'm very happy where I am at.

Please don't take my words the wrong way just watch out for yourself-
