Just saying first buyers are at higher risk of encountering bugs, defects,
etc. Companies don't know how a product will perform until the public has
made heavy use of it. Not to say a company can't work out problems, but that
usually takes some time.

I prefer to let others deal with that. If you don't care, go for it. For me
it is a matter of risk tolerance. Mine is low, especially if it relates to
my diabetes.
