Though I am on the pill so I never realy ovulate, I can tell when I am in
the week that my body would otherwise be ovulating because I have a ton of
lows and constantly have to eat.  During pms I am always rollercoaster but
maybe because of the weird food cravings ;)  During my actual period I run
on the high side.
