No, Pocket PC's are based on Microsoft software and are completely different
than Palm based devices.

There is one carb counter based package from CalorieKing which I bought
recently - see http://www.calorieking.com/handheld/ckmob-pocketpc.php

You can also see a list of diabetes related Pocket PC programs at
Handango.com - http://www.handango.com/
Select the "Pocket PC" section and then search software for "diabetes". This
brought up 16 entries when I tried it.
