Re: [IP] where to test in school?

Josh carried his meter, log book, glucose tabs and gel, extra batteries all
in a fannie pack. This goes with him to the library, PE and then to the
health room at lunch time when he checks. He then leaves the fannie pack in
with the aides at the health room and goes back to get it after recess from
lunch. This way the aide can do the followup on his lunch bolus before
giving Josh back his fannie pack. This has really worked well these past two
school years and Josh really likes the girls who work in the office. Also,
if Josh's class is going on a field trip Josh can have everything right there
in his fannie pack. This ame pack goes out to dinner or over to friend's
houses too!!!!

I also keep the health room supplied with glucose tabs and juice boxes. They
also keep honey packets in supply in there as well.
