Hi Helen, I went to a Taking Control of your Diabetes Conference this year
and I picked up a copy of a book put out by Disetronic called "Easy as ABC-
What you need to know about children using Insulin Pumps in School"  and it
has a 504 plan in it specified for pump use.  It's by Deborah F. Tappen,
CPNP-CS, CDE
There's a phone # on the back of the book 1(800)-280-7801 or a Fax number
