I haven't had my thyroids checked for a while, but my numbers have always
been good. I haven't had any cause to be alarmed about that yet. I haven't
tried the no wash gels, that is a good idea. I will give that a try. I
already do the tape first, needle, the another tape. That doesn't seem to
help, in fact, I am wondering if it is causing more harm then good, since I
am allergic to adhesives.
