What works for me with pizza is to bolus 25 grams per slice and then either 
run a square wave of 0.8 u per slice over 5 hours or run a temp basal +10% 
(or 0.2u/hr above normal basal) for 5 hours,  Baut as always, YMMV- it may 
take a little trial and error but this is what works for me!
