MystiEliz, The American Diabetes Association just released a great book on
carb counting. Title: Complete Guide to Carb Counting written by Hope S.
Warshaw and Karmeen Kulkarni., both are RD's with master of science degrees.
It is an excellent choice.
You can order it through the ADA website www.diabetes.org in their
bookstore section in there or if you are a memner of the ADA there is an 800
number printed in their magazines and as a member you get a discount. And if
you aren't a member, why not? being a member gets you Diabetes Forcast every
month with articles for both type 1's and type 2's sabout the day in and
day out routines of diabetes.
