For the money that has to be shelled out for a pump, you should definitely
expect better treatment then you received. If I were you, I would definitely
both call and write a complaint to the main office of MM. The way you were
treated was not deserved at all! The more I have heard about MM the more I
think that my next pump will be another type. Perhaps the Animas?? I have had
my first MM for 5 years, then the motor went bad on it. That was a 506. I now
have a 507, and I have been having problems with the buttons. I have had it
for about 2 years now. When you call MM ask to talk to the main supervisor.
They cannot deny you. They may try to talk you out of it, but legally they
have to let you talk to them.
