[IP] re: child sneaking food

children don't cheat, or sneak food.  They eat when they need to.  Children 
need lots of carbs.  If you focus negatively too much on food - you will 
create an eating disorder, and/or just make things worse.  It is your job to 
satisfy her with nutritious food - protein will fill up and stay longer.  WE 
always have food available - something to choose from at all times.  If she 
is high her choice is sugar free jello or a small protein, or scrambled eggs, 
etc.  She always gets a choice, so does not every feel deprived.  To deprive 
her is to punish her for this awful disease which is not her fault.  Don't 
make it worse.  You are expecting too much of her and this will backfire.
