Perhaps this is anecdotal, but

I have heard caffeine cited by doctors and chiropractors as a risk factor in
osteoporosis, which by the way, affects eight times more women than men.  My
spouse has cut her caffeine dosage and reports an improvement in her
sometimes irregular heart beat.
