I did not buy my Sof-Serter. I had a problem with a kinked set and called
MiniMed and they had me check my site while on the phoe. That's how I found
out it was kinked. She said I needed a Sof-Serter and sent it to me no
charge. Ye have not because ye ask not - sometimes.  YMMV
