I was taught by my CDE when having a drop in BG (insulin reaction) to not 
only have the juice but some protein with it.  Like some of those handy 
peanut butter crackers.  Of course, cheese or milk would work also.  Has 
anyone else been told to do that?  This is supposed to stabilize the BG 
better than just carbs.
