Re: [IP] DENIAL LETTER RECEIVED



I just called insurance and requested they fax me with the criteria, they
said they could only provide that to the provider, which doesn't make any
sense to me, but after 30 minutes on the phone, they still would not fax it.
They said go over it with your provider, who is 250 miles away.  Makes a lot
of sense doesn't it.
