There is no need for a safety loop using the sils. As long as the
dressing is firmly anchored to the skin, it's very hard to pull out
accidentally . Yeah, I know, now that I've said that, there will be
stories about accidental pullouts!!!

When I use Sils, I put a Tegaderm down first, and then the Sil -- so far
it has never come loose. The Tegaderm starts to peel up at the corners
in about 2 or 3 days, but by then, it's time for a change, anyhow!
