[IP] Endos and Disconnecting

I run and I always disconnect before taking off. Then - depending on the 
distance ran - I reconnect to my regular or temporary lower basal rate.  
Works great for me.

Also, depending on my reading before taking off and how far I plan on 
running, I eat 15-30 grams CHO containing a bit of fat.
