RE: [IP] diet cola/cola



I have done that too.  Used the straw to apply a drop of liquid.  I just
mark the entry as a control.  That way it won't be included in my
statistics/averages.  My husband is my best checker (he can't stand diet).
When he is unsure, I use my meter.  I have had times when the bottles of
syrup were wrong at restaurants.  They swore that the soda was from the diet
tap.  After about 3 different glasses, I would give up and get water.  The
times that has happened, the manager has usually come over to say the
bottles of syrup were mixed up.

I have used my comfort curve strips with my accuchek and applied the coke
like a
drop of blood.  not sure this is the best thing for the meter but it worked.
