[IP] dual waving


let's say the bolus for food to be eaten is 2.0 units.
if you think that a food is high in fat or raises your levels later like
pasta or pizza,  you could try this.

half of the bolus,  (1.0 unit)  now ....and then spread the other 1 unit
over a 1-2 hour period.

it is hit or miss.  once you know a certain food you can keep a mental note.

I bet michael knows this one!
