[IP] eating low car diet


I'm a pretty new pumper, but I have found already that in reality,
quickly absorbed carbs are much easier to deal with then those that hang
around a while.  Of course, we are still tweaking basals, so that could
be part of the problem - but for me, a slice of bread is much easier to
bolus for than a plate of pasta.  Hopefully, all will get ironed out.
