Here's what my diabetes educator told me (Johns Hopkins) - prime the tubing
with 25u (or until it drips), then .5 (point 5) more after it's installed in
the pump.  She also told me - if you see a one inch gap in the tubing, use
2u (2 whole units) to fill it.    She also told me - test 2 hours after
every set change.  Hope this helps you!
