Having been on this list for 3-4 months now, I have heard very little of
pumps "breaking" and the few times I have MM has FedExed replacement
immediately.  They have a 4 year (I think) warranty on pumps.  I don't
think a company that warranties their product that long is going to make
any money putting bad equipment out there.   Frankly, I am amazed at the
quality of MM products.  Maybe I am just biased because they have provided
me with a standard of service that I wish were world wide.

If this is happening quite often -- these pumps braking.  Pump users should
made adhere of this from mini med. they should be told what could happen
what to look for.  The scary thing is all these pumps that are braking are
being refurbished and given out again as new pumps.
