ICU did the same thing for me. They shipped the sample I requested
to the doctor's office. I don't know about anyone else, but to drive
to the doctor's office to pick up supplies is ridiculous. Even with
a doctor's office that is very familiar with pumps, they couldn't
figure out why this was shipped to them either.
