 Skittles should not be used for a low, due to them containing FAT. There is 2g
of fat per serving size. Fat delays the absorption of glucose, and that is why
one should not use chocolate or anything with fat in it to treat a low (other
than milk of course, which depending on if you drink other than skim, does have
a small amount of fat in it).
