RE: [IP] weird emails



 I would not try to decode this. These e-mails are using base64 encoding
that is commonly used on usnet news groups. It is used for sending a
binary file in a plain text message, like ip email, if you decode it and
it is a virus you can be infected.

I can unscramble some, some don't unscramble.
Rt click mouse, on  bottom of list that comes up is unscramble, click
