[IP] basal/bolus adjustments

If Cory's daily insulin doses have changed considerably you need to 
recalculate the correction factor. A good way to start is to use the "1800 
rule". Add up his total daily dose, then divide the number 1800 by that 
total. This will give you approximately how many points one unit should drop 
him. You can start with this and then fine tune it. This is in the Pumping 
Insulin book. This is often the case with growing kids, the correction factor 
may need to be recalculated frequently as his insulin doses and sensitivity 
change in puberty.
