Type 1A is Immune Mediated, and Type
1B is idiopathic, which means there are no auto-immune markers. <snip>
Surgical DMers are considered Type 3,
"Other specific types" and Gestational is Type 4.
Type 2 is actually the garbage can diagnosis -- <snip> Which brings me to

Back to my original question that was previously snipped: if 90% are T-2,
and 10% are T-1, where does that leave those mentioned above? I *thought*
100% was *all* and 90+10 are already used up! SMMV (Statistical Miles May
Vary) (~_^)
