We just had our first sleepover about a week ago. I went early and she (Mom) 
had listed all the food and and carb values (yes, I was very lucky in that 
she is a nurse)....I went over ratios with her and asked her to check bg 
every two hours while awake and once in the sleep/night. It went great.
