I wonder if it could be because you didn't eat/drink enough when you went
to 72 and got shaky? If I don't eat enough carbs, I stay shaky longer, and
then as a result, I'd expect my glucose to be a bit elevated hours later
because of the body trying to compensate and put glucose into the blood.
