Re: [IP] Pumping and exposure to Super Bugs

My mom had a super bug that she had to get permission to have an antibodtic
from the CDC. It started as an infection in her foot.

I lived in the same apartment with her at the time. There were precautions
that we took during a very long nine month period. The nurse that came twicw
a day to do her IV and bandage her foot could only do it in her bedroom,
which I stayed out of for the most part. After she showered my husband would
spray down the whole bathroom well with disinfectate. etc.etc.

I was told to take precaution and not to handle any of the bandage garage
etc... only because I was diabetic as well and that I injected several times
a day...hence many sites and sites from finger sticks.

Be cautious.
