April 25 -  Many of the nation's top nutrition experts say the big anti-fat
health message of the past 15 years was misguided. A healthy diet is more
complicated than just counting fat grams. Low-fat and fat-free foods are
often loaded with sugar - and calories. And some fats, like those found in
fish, actually protect against heart disease. NBC's Robert Bazell reports on
the latest - and oldest - nutrition advice: a balanced diet.
