Re: [IP] forgetting to bolus



I too had this problem when I first went on the pump.  My endo said it was
normal for new pumpers to forget their pre meal boluses. I would ask your
son what he thinks he should do to remedy his problem.  I actually had to
have a 3x5 card with BOLUS? wrote on it and would throw it on my dinner
plate before a family meal.  Now I always check my last delivery time and
amount of bolus if I can't recall if I bolused or not.  The more he works
with it the easier and faster it will be for him.
