I had one of those cinnamon/sugared pretzels one time. They dip the pretzel
in butter then in the sugar mix.  Its about 87 carbs.  So I just squared it
all over 30 minutes. I was 157 when I started, and about 3.5 hours later I
was 189.  That wasn't too bad for me.  A Major YMMV. For I'm very insulin
resistant.  It sounds mighty yummy right now. But I haven't done anything
like that for over a year.
