Camille, I too am in Fl.
Try PROPEL, made by Gatorade, 3 carbohydrates in 23.7oz., assorted
flavors--diabetic friendly IMO.
It has acesulfame potassium,sucrose syrup assorted other vits & minerals.
I never liked Gatorade, PROPEL is ok.  Linda
