[IP] Feeling Highs and Lows

I usually feel lows promptly, but I don't feel HIGHS until 2 - 4 hours
after. I have checked my BG 2 hours after eating, and found BGs as high
as 260 and not felt a thing, but later, I start to get thirsty, and
check, and it's come down to about 150 or so. 

I think it's useful to know if you've been high, even if you don't catch
it when it happens -- almost as good as CGMS?????
