I was Dx'd in the UK and was told back then the Cadbury's creame eggs had 40g
CHO in them.

This is the creame egg which has the fondant filling that supposedly looks
like the white and yolk. The fondant is pure, unaldulterated SUGAR and IMHO,
just too sickly sweet.

Of course subtle differences in the Caramel and chocolate truffles will be a
'given' but if you start off at the 40g CHO this should be a pretty good
