i'm so glad i'm not crazy........and depression is all apart of this......i'm brittle and only known about diabetes for 1 year .....and been on the pump for three months

I always notice a real improvement in depression symptoms after a period of 
good control -- the first 6 months or so on the pump (when I was able to get 
very good control quite quickly), I found myself wondering why all those 
nondiabetic people weren't happier if they could feel as good as I was 
feeling all the time.  I think for me good bg control is the secret to 
depression control, which is quite a motivator (but still hard to do, 
particularly with gastroparesis and perimenopause.)
