I have not been successful with the dual wave or square wave.  I understand 
that it takes longer for protein to digest.  Yes, I was also instructed to 
bolus for protein over 3oz.  I use a 1-15 ratio at dinner also.  When I tried 
the above, I would use 1 unit for each additional 3oz of protein I ate and 
spread it over 4 hours.  I would do OK 2hr after the meal but I would show a 
high 6 hr after the meal-2hr after the square wave was over.  Not working!
