You probably hit a blood vessel when you inserted -- just like with shots, except
that it takes longer to notice.  It probably didn't hurt anything.  The high
blood sugar, if you were using Sof Sets, was most likely b/c you didn't get a
straight, clean insertion so the set was crimped a small bit.
