Re: [IP] pumping up some advice!



One thing I wish I did (I'm still new) is get the longer tubing.

Some things I'm glad I did do is get all four of my kids (aged 4-8), let
them know and handle each part of the pump (infusion sets, actual pump,
sof-serter, blood tester) so it wasn't new to them.  I also told them to put
any parts found around the house in my bathroom.  I also watched the video
with them (of course, Elise, my youngest fell asleep...).  This made it just
part of dad's diabetes, and not a secret to them.
